These regular sizes are C-Lip profiles. Z-Lip and other custom sections follow the confirmed dimensions and material availability.
Material strength by thickness
Capability with clear limits.
- 1.0–2.5 mm thickness
- Maximum manufacturing capability: up to 550 MPa.
- Greater than 2.5 mm through 3.15 mm
- Maximum manufacturing capability: up to 350 MPa.
These maximum manufacturing capability ranges are not guaranteed specifications for every material, thickness or order. Final material grade and strength must be confirmed against the approved project requirements, coil availability and production feasibility.

Material selection is confirmed against stock, production schedule and the required coil specification. No universal coating thickness or additional steel grade is implied.

Your slot-hole pattern.
Specify custom slot size, position and spacing. This capability is distinct from a standard pre-slotted channel product.
Maximum manufacturing length is approximately 40 ft (12.2 m), subject to profile dimensions, manufacturing feasibility, handling and transportation limitations. A separate drawing is not mandatory where the profile is fully defined by dimensions; share a drawing where slot patterns or project geometry need confirmation.
Round-hole punching is not offered as part of this catalogue range.
