Burhani Exports works from customer layouts, dimensions, specifications and application requirements. Standard products and customized requirements follow the relevant technical review and confirmed order.

Electrical boxes are assembled to project requirements. Applicable third-party components are procured, consolidated and supplied, rather than all manufactured in-house.

Confirm the details before production.
Channel dimensions, lengths and slot patterns; structure layout, height and inclination; enclosure cut-outs or branding; and electrical inputs, outputs, wiring and component selection follow the applicable product requirements.
Customization remains subject to technical feasibility, material availability and applicable product-specific MOQ. Refer to the individual product pages for the supported scope.

Options follow the product.
Structural channels support GI, HDGI, ZAM, Galvalume, GPSP, POSMAC and MS options. Material selection follows project specifications, coil availability and production feasibility.
Solar structures use the materials confirmed for the selected design. Electrical assemblies may use suitable SIBOX engineering-polymer or powder-coated MS enclosures, with components selected for the application.
Material options are not interchangeable specifications. Final grade, strength and configuration are confirmed against approved project requirements.

Length depends on profile dimensions, manufacturing feasibility, handling and transportation limitations. The range does not guarantee every geometry/material combination or order specification.

Electrical assembly checks
Completed AJB, DCDB and ACDB boxes undergo continuity testing and wiring verification before packing and dispatch.
Model-specific SIBOX testing
SIBOX models 1813, 2220, 2920, 3828 and 6040 have model-specific laboratory reports for IP66 testing in accordance with IEC 60529. Reports describe the samples tested.
Empty-enclosure IP66 testing does not automatically apply to completed electrical assemblies, which are offered as IP65. No whole-facility or universal product certification is claimed.

Project-specific supply
Manufacture, assemble or consolidate.
Confirmed orders follow the product category: channel manufacture, structure fabrication, enclosure production or supply, electrical assembly, procurement of selected third-party components or consolidation of project-specific BOS materials.
Applicable quality checks, packing and transportation follow the product, shipment size, destination and agreed order terms.
